OUR FIRM

Cirgenski+Company was founded in 2019 by Chris Cirgenski to provide real estate development consulting, owner’s representation, and project management services to corporate, private, and not-for-profit organizations and residential property owners. He perceived a demand for a firm that could deliver services to clients seeking a high-quality, hands-on advisor capable of managing projects beyond the client’s range of expertise and experience, while removing the mystery from the process.

STRATEGIC AFFILIATIONS

Cirgenski+Company, Ltd. was formerly the firm Cirgenski+Capalino, formed in 2008 and affiliated with the real estate advisory firm Capalino+Company. Both firms worked independently, yet were strategically affiliated, which they remain today. Capalino+Company provides a full spectrum of government/community relations advisory to its clients. Cirgenski+Company complements those government advocacy skills by adding expertise in developing, planning and managing rehabilitation and new construction projects.
